We offer a One-year warranty on all brand-new items. This includes TVs, phones, cameras, home appliances, and new laptops.

Brands like Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense and Vision Plus come with 2 years warranty. In cases where warranty card isn’t present, the receipt offered serves as warranty and proof of purchase.

 

The only refurbished items we sell are laptops. Every other category contains of brand-new items. Refurbished laptops come with a 6-month warranty.

 

No warranty is offered on accessories such as remotes, keyboards, chargers & power-related issues.

 

If an item is returned for repair after the warranty period has ended, the customer must pay for the service.
